Philippine Airlines status-match fees and eligibility
The two prices buy different matched tiers, not automatic acceptance into the program. Applicants must be at least 18, hold active eligible airline elite status, and have an active Mabuhay Miles account in good standing. Residents outside the Philippines can match only from airlines offered in the application dropdown. A broad published airline list therefore should not be read as a guarantee that every US applicant can use every listed status. Check the application choices against your genuine country of residence and current tier.

Treat the application fee as a travel expense rather than as a discount you have already earned. If the application is declined, the fee is refundable. Once approved, it is nonrefundable.
