Is Creddy free to use?
Yes. The free plan supports up to three cards with benefit tracking, reset reminders and welcome-bonus tracking. Pro adds unlimited cards and additional features; checkout shows the current price and purchase terms.
What is included in Creddy Pro?
Creddy Pro includes unlimited cards, unlimited vouchers and Amex Offers, Smart Sort, dashboard widgets, renewal and application reminders (90/30/7/1 days), custom trackable benefits and family person slots. It is available monthly, annually or as a lifetime purchase.
Can I cancel Creddy Pro at any time?
Yes. Cancel an auto-renewing plan through the purchase channel: Apple subscriptions for App Store purchases, Google Play subscriptions for Play purchases, or the Manage subscription link in your Creddy account for web billing when available. Check the provider's confirmation and access end date; Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Does Creddy Pro cost more than the value of benefits it helps me capture?
It depends on the benefits you actually use and the current subscription price. Compare incremental savings from tracking with the cost of Pro; the free plan may be enough if you track three or fewer cards.
Is there a free trial for Creddy Pro?
Check checkout for any trial offered with your selected plan. Trial availability, billing dates and cancellation terms depend on that purchase option; do not assume a trial is included.
Does a web purchase unlock the mobile app?
Yes. Sign in here with the same Apple or Google account you use in the Creddy app, then subscribe. Pro is active in the app automatically. One subscription covers web and mobile.
I bought Lifetime before Auto-tracking. Can I add it?
Yes. An earlier Lifetime plan keeps every other Pro feature. You can add Auto-tracking as a subscription for $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year, from Auto-tracking in the app or the web dashboard. The Lifetime plan on sale now includes Auto-tracking.
