Delete your Creddy account

What gets deleted

• Your profile: email, name and sign-in provider
• The cards you track, including nicknames and last four digits
• Benefit usage history, spend goals and custom benefits
• Vouchers, loyalty balances and welcome bonus progress
• Notification preferences and push tokens

Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed. Copies held in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. Creddy never stores full card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials, so there is nothing of that kind to remove.

Sign in to confirm it is your account

Use the same account as the Creddy app. We ask you to sign in so nobody else can delete your data.
