Get legal and medical referrals and other emergency assistance when traveling away from home. Contact the travel assistance service if you need help finding services during your trip. You must pay for any goods or services you obtain through a referral.

Get help dispatched if you have a roadside emergency. Call the roadside service provider to request the service you need, such as assistance with a disabled vehicle. Roadside service fees are charged to your card when help is dispatched; the service is not free.

Get reimbursement for theft or collision damage to most rental vehicles. Charge the entire rental cost to your card and decline the rental company’s collision insurance to use the coverage. In the U.S., it pays after your personal auto insurance.

Get accidental death or dismemberment coverage for eligible travel by air, bus, train or cruise. Pay for your transportation with your card to access the coverage. The coverage limit is up to $500,000 and applies to covered accidents, not routine travel disruptions.

Get reimbursed for essentials such as toiletries and clothing when your baggage is delayed. Keep receipts for necessary purchases and file a claim if your bag is delayed more than six hours. Reimbursement is limited to $100 per day for up to three days.

Get reimbursed for the cost to repair or replace checked or carry-on baggage that is lost, damaged or stolen on a covered trip. File a claim for eligible baggage and its contents after a covered loss. Reimbursement is limited to $3,000 per covered traveler.

Earn 3% back on eligible Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market purchases without an eligible Prime membership. Use your card for qualifying purchases at these merchants and participating Amazon stores and sites. With an eligible Prime membership, the rate on these purchases is 5% back instead.

Earn unlimited 5% back at Amazon.com, Audible.com, Whole Foods Market, and on Chase Travel purchases with an eligible Prime membership.

Earn unlimited 2% back at gas stations, restaurants, and on local transit and commuting (including rideshare).

Any purchase that doesn't qualify for a higher bonus rate earns 1% cash back automatically. No activation or category tracking is needed. Rewards accumulate as Amazon reward dollars you can apply at checkout.

Get an extra year of coverage on eligible purchases with a U.S. manufacturer’s warranty. Pay with your card and use the coverage if a covered item needs repair after its original warranty ends. The original warranty must be three years or less, and coverage ends no later than four years after purchase.

Get coverage against damage or theft for eligible new purchases. Pay with your card and file a claim if a covered item is damaged or stolen within 120 days of purchase, up to $500 per item. Check your benefit terms for any state-specific coverage period.

Use rewards points to pay for part or all of an Amazon.com purchase. At checkout, view your rewards balance and choose how many points to apply. There is no minimum rewards balance required to redeem points this way.
