Receive $200 in Bilt Cash automatically deposited to your account upon approval — no minimum spend required. Bilt Cash can be used for rent, travel bookings, or other eligible redemptions within the Bilt app.

Authorized users earn double points on their everyday purchases on the 1st of each month (Rent Day). Each authorized user has their own separate cap of 1,000 bonus points per month. Points are credited to the primary cardholder's account.

Earn 4% back in Bilt Cash on everyday purchases by selecting the Flexible Bilt Cash rewards option. Bilt Cash can be redeemed for up to 1X points on housing payments or used at dollar-for-dollar value across the Bilt ecosystem. Choosing this option replaces the 3X dining/grocery category bonus.

Earn 3X Bilt Points on either dining or grocery — pick one category per year as your bonus. You choose annually, so the selection sticks for the full year. Grocery earnings are capped at $25,000 in spend per year; dining has no stated cap.

Earn 2X Bilt Points on eligible travel purchases such as flights, hotels, and car rentals. Points post automatically with no enrollment required.

Earn up to 1.25X Bilt Points on rent and mortgage payments by selecting the Housing-only rewards option. The exact multiplier scales based on your ratio of everyday spend, so higher everyday spending unlocks the full 1.25X rate. Switching to this option means you won't earn the 3X dining/grocery or 4% Bilt Cash bonuses.

Choose the Flexible Bilt Cash earning mode in the Bilt app to earn 4% back in Bilt Cash on everyday purchases. This mode is mutually exclusive with Housing-only rewards, so switching affects how you earn across all spending categories.

Earn 1X Bilt points on everyday purchases that don't fall into a higher bonus category. Points can be transferred to airline and hotel partners or redeemed for travel, rent, and more.

When you've selected the Flexible Bilt Cash earning option, rent and mortgage payments made through Bilt earn 1X Bilt points with no transaction fee. You can also use your accumulated Bilt Cash to unlock these points at a rate of $30 Bilt Cash per 1,000 points.

Get $100 off eligible hotel bookings each year, paid out as two $50 credits every six months. Book through the Bilt Travel Portal to apply the credit. Unused portions of each $50 installment do not roll over to the next period.

When you pay for a rental car with your Bilt Obsidian Card and decline the rental company's collision coverage, you're covered for damage or theft under primary insurance. Being primary means you won't need to involve your personal auto insurance before filing a claim.

If your trip is delayed by 6 or more hours, the card covers up to $200 per covered traveler per day for meals, lodging, and other essentials, for up to 3 days. You must book travel with your Bilt Obsidian Card to activate this coverage.

Book your trip with the Bilt Obsidian Card to be eligible for reimbursement of up to $5,000 per covered traveler if your trip is canceled or cut short due to a qualifying reason such as illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.

Pay your monthly phone bill with the Bilt Obsidian Card to protect your phone against damage or theft. Each claim carries a $25 deductible and is covered up to $800, with a maximum of 2 claims per year (up to $1,600 annually).

New purchases charged to the Bilt Obsidian Card are protected against damage or theft for up to 90 days from the purchase date. Coverage extends up to $10,000 per item and $50,000 per year in total claims.

The Bilt Obsidian Card charges no foreign currency conversion fees on purchases made outside the U.S. This applies whether you're traveling internationally or shopping online from an overseas merchant.

Get a 10% introductory APR on new eligible purchases for the first 12 billing cycles after opening your account. After the intro period ends, the standard variable APR applies. This rate covers new purchases only, not balance transfers or cash advances.

Earn $50 in Bilt Cash each time you accumulate 25,000 Bilt Points that count toward elite status. The milestone repeats, so you can earn $50 in Bilt Cash multiple times per year. All Bilt members, including non-cardholders, are eligible for this reward.

Pay no transaction fees when making rent or mortgage payments through Bilt. This applies regardless of which bonus rewards option you've selected, and works with any Bilt Card.

On-time rent payments made through Bilt are reported to credit bureaus at no cost, helping you build credit history. No extra steps are required — reporting happens automatically with each qualifying on-time payment.
