Opt into the Flexible Bilt Cash earning structure to earn 4% back in Bilt Cash on everyday, non-housing purchases. Bilt Cash can be used across Bilt partner categories including rent, travel, and dining. You must actively select this option in the Bilt app — it is not the default.

Earn Bilt points on rent and mortgage payments made through Bilt with no transaction fee. With the Flexible Bilt Cash option, you can use Bilt Cash to unlock up to 1x points on housing payments; with Housing-only rewards, points are earned automatically based on your everyday spending.

Select the Housing-only rewards option to automatically earn up to 1.25X Bilt Points on rent and mortgage payments based on your everyday spending volume. This option focuses your rewards on housing rather than everyday purchase categories.

Earn 5x total Bilt points on Lyft rides when you pay with your Bilt Mastercard and have your Bilt Rewards and Lyft accounts linked with Bilt set as your active loyalty partner. Paying with a non-Bilt card drops the rate to 2x points.

On the 1st of every month, earn double points — 4X — on everyday purchases instead of the usual 2X. Rent Day runs from 12:00 AM ET to 11:59 PM PT, and bonus points are capped at 1,000 per month. Housing payments are excluded.

Get $200 in Bilt Cash every year to use toward rent, travel, or other Bilt redemptions. The credit is applied to your account when you open it, then again each January 1st. No action is needed — it posts automatically.

You are not responsible for unauthorized charges made on your Bilt Palladium Card. Report any fraudulent transactions and Mastercard's Zero Liability policy ensures you won't be held liable, whether the transaction occurred in-person or online.

You won't pay any foreign transaction fees when using your card abroad or for purchases billed in a foreign currency. This applies to all international transactions with no exceptions.

Pay rent or mortgage through Bilt and you'll never be charged a transaction fee, regardless of which bonus rewards option you've selected. This applies to all housing payments processed through Bilt.
