New cardholders can earn up to 60,000 bonus Hyatt points. You get 30,000 points after spending $3,000 in the first 3 months, then earn double points (2 per $1) on normally 1-point purchases for up to $15,000 spent in the first 6 months, yielding up to 30,000 more.

Earn 2 points per $1 at restaurants, on airfare booked directly with airlines, on local transit and commuting, and at fitness clubs or gyms. Note that flights booked through third-party sites earn only the base rate, not the bonus.

You can earn up to 9 points per $1 on qualifying Hyatt hotel stays — 4 points from the card and up to 5 base points from your World of Hyatt membership. Your exact total will vary based on your membership tier, and both rates stack automatically when you pay with the card at checkout.

Spend $15,000 on the card within a calendar year and you'll earn a second free night certificate valid at Category 1–4 Hyatt properties. Combined with the annual renewal certificate, you could use both for two consecutive nights at an eligible hotel.

Get 5 elite qualifying night credits every time you spend $10,000 in purchases on a calendar year basis

There's no foreign transaction fee on purchases made outside the U.S., so you pay only the converted amount with nothing added. This applies whether you're shopping abroad in person or buying from an international merchant online.
