You earn 2% cash back on purchases made directly at Costco warehouse locations and on Costco.com. The rate applies automatically whenever you use the card in-store or online at Costco, with no spending cap.

Gas purchased at Costco earns 5% cash back, while other eligible gas stations and EV charging earn 4%. Both rates apply to the first $7,000 in combined gas spending per year — any amount beyond that earns just 1% back.

Any purchase that doesn't qualify for a higher cash-back category earns 1% back. There's no spending cap and no category restrictions — this rate applies automatically as your fallback on everyday spending.

Covers repairs or reimbursement if an eligible purchase made with your card is damaged or stolen. File a claim within 120 days of purchase or delivery (90 days for New York residents). Coverage applies to items bought with your Citi card.

Get special access to purchase presale tickets and attend exclusive experiences for concerts, sporting events, and arts and culture events. Use your Citi card to buy tickets through the Citi Entertainment portal before they go on sale to the general public.

Pay no extra fees on purchases made outside the United States. This applies to all international transactions charged to your card, whether in-person or online with a foreign merchant.

The card itself carries no annual fee. Keep in mind that an active, paid Costco membership is required to apply for and keep the card, so the cost of membership still applies.
